20份玉米DH系配合力及遗传参数研究 被引量:1

Study on the Combining Ability and Genetic Parameters of 20 DH Lines of Maize(Zea mays L.)

摘要 以20个DH系为母本,以9F592、合344、17-643、340/137为父本,采用NCⅡ设计,组配杂交组合80个,分析产量和相关农艺性状的配合力及遗传参数。产量性状一般配合力前三名的是DH16、DH14、DH13。80份杂交组合中,产量SCA效应较高的组合有DH05×17-643、DH09×9F592、DH11×合344、DH17×340/137、DH13×合344。总配合力中DH16和DH14的表现最好,其中DH13×合344、DH16×合344、DH11×合344的总配合力最高。通过遗传参数分析,株高、穗粗、行粒数、出籽率应在早代进行选择;穗位高、穗长、籽粒含水量不宜过早或过晚进行选择;轴粗、秃尖、穗行数、产量、籽粒深度应放到晚代进行选择。DH13、DH14、DH16是优良的被测系,杂交组合DH05×17-643、DH09×9F592、DH11×合344、DH17×340/137、DH13×合344的产量性状表现较好,可进一步参加多点试验鉴定。 80 hybrid combinations were made with 20 female parent maize DH lines and four male parent maize including 9F592,He344,17-643,340/137 were tested with the design of NCII to study on combining ability and genetic parameters of main agronomic characters and yield.The top three in general combining ability for yield traits were DH16,DH14,and DH13 respectively.Among 80 hybrid combinations,the combinations with higher SCA effect yield were DH05×17-643,DH09×9F592,DH11×He344,DH17×340/137,DH13×He344respectively.The total combining ability ofDH16 and DH14 was the best,and the total combining ability of DH13×He344,DH16×He344 and DH11×He344 was the highest.Based on the analysis of genetic parameters,plant height,ear diameter,number of row grainsseed and emergence rate should be selected earlier;ear height,ear length,kernel water content should not be selected too early or too late;shaft thickness,bald tip,number of ear rows,yield and seed depth are suitable for selection in late.DH13,DH14 and DH16 were elite tested lines,and the yield and characters of the hybrid combinations DH05×17-643,DH09×9F592,DH11×He344,DH17×340/137 and DH13×He344 were better,which could be further identified by multi-sitetrials.
