黑龙江省城镇居民家庭教育支出收入弹性分析

Analysis on the Income Elasticity of Urban Residents'family Education Expenditure in Heilongjiang Province

随着教育强国的步伐加快和经济的迅速发展,社会和家庭对教育越来越重视,对教育的投入越来越多。本文通过分析2009-2020年黑龙江省城镇居民家庭人均可支配收入和家庭教育支出,计算城镇居民家庭教育支出收入弹性及其变化趋势,分析家庭教育支出变动与可支配收入变动的敏感性程度。通过计算得出城镇居民家庭教育支出对可支配收入的变动比较敏感,结合黑龙江省教育投入实际情况,对促进全省城镇居民在教育方面的合理消费提出建议,以期为相关教育政策的制订提供参考依据。

With the acceleration of the pace of becoming an educational power and the rapid development of economy,society and families pay more and more attention to education and invest more and more in education.This paper systematically analyzes the current situation of per capita disposable income and family education expenditure of urban households in Heilongjiang Province,calculates the income elasticity and change trend of family education expenditure of urban residents,and analyzes the sensitivity of changes in family education expenditure and disposable income.Through calculation,it is concluded that the family education expenditure of urban residents is sensitive to the change of disposable income.Combined with the actual situation of education investment in Heilongjiang Province,this paper puts forward some suggestions to promote the reasonable consumption of urban residents in education,in order to provide reference basis for the formulation of relevant education policies in Heilongjiang province.
