摘要
乡村人才队伍的建设是乡村振兴的关键,是乡村发展建设的强大动力,多样化乡村人才的培养策略可以进一步推进东北地区乡村振兴的进程。从目前东北地区乡村发展过程中人才队伍培养的现实困境来看,乡村本土人才、乡村公共服务人才、乡村治理人才、乡村科技创新人才的短缺是主要问题,由此可以得出,人才多样性的缺失是根本问题。为此,打造本土人才、吸引公共服务人才、培养乡村治理人才、培育乡村科技人才,通过有效的人才培养推进策略助力东北地区乡村更好更快发展。
The construction of rural talent team was the key to rural revitalization and a powerful driving force for development and construction,and diversified rural talent training could further promote the process of rural revitalization in Northeast China.Judging from the current situation of rural talent team construction in Northeast China,there was a serious shortage of rural local talents,rural public service talents,rural governance talents,and rural scientific and technological innovation talents,the lack of diverse talents has become the main problem restricting rural development.Therefore,to alleviate talent shortage by creating rural local talents,attracting rural public service talents,cultivating rural governance talents,and cultivating rural scientific and technological talents,thereby,promoting better and faster rural development in Northeast China.
