微创拔牙技术在下颌埋伏阻生智齿拔除过程中的应用价值

Application Value of Minimally Invasive Tooth Extraction Technique in Extraction Process of Mandibular Embedded Impacted Wisdom Teeth

目的:观察微创拔牙技术用于下颌埋伏阻生智齿拔除对患者拔牙时间、开口度、骨愈合时间及心理状态的影响。方法:选取上海市长宁区仙霞街道社区卫生服务中心于2020年10月-2021年10月接收的102例下颌埋伏阻生智齿患者为研究对象,随机分为两组,各51例。对照组接受传统拔牙技术,观察组在对照组的基础上行微创拔牙技术,对比两组治疗效果,拔牙时间、开口度、骨愈合时间,治疗前、后焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分及白介素水平。结果:观察组治疗有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组拔牙时间、开口度、骨愈合时间均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后SDS、SAS评分情况优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:微创拔牙技术治疗对下颌埋伏阻生智齿患者的疗效显著,有效提高一次性拔除成功率,缩短骨愈合时间,减少不良反应的发生。

Objective: To observe the effect of minimally invasive tooth extraction technique for mandibular embedded impacted wisdom tooth extraction on the extraction time, opening degree, bone healing time and psychological state of patients. Methods: A total of 102 patients with mandibular embedded impacted wisdom teeth received by the Xianxia Sub-district Community Health Service Center in Changning District of Shanghai from October 2020 to October 2021 were selected as the research subjects. They were randomly divided into two groups, with 51 patients in each group. The control group received traditional tooth extraction technology, and the observation group performed minimally invasive tooth extraction technology on the basis of the control group.The treatment effects, tooth extraction time, opening degree, bone healing time, self-rating anxiety scale(SAS) and self-rating depression scale(SDS) scores before and after treatment, as well as interleukin levels of the two groups were compared. Results:The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The time of tooth extraction, opening degree, and bone healing time in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). After treatment, the SDS and SAS scores in the observation group were better than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion: The minimally invasive tooth extraction technique has a significant effect on patients with mandibular embedded impacted wisdom teeth. It can effectively improve the success rate of one-time extraction, shorten the bone healing time, and reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions.
