睑板腺功能障碍性干眼患者实施综合护理的有效性分析

Effectiveness Analysis of Comprehensive Nursing for Patients with Dry Eye Caused by Meibomian Gland Dysfunction

目的:分析综合护理对睑板腺功能障碍性干眼患者的有效性。方法:选取阳江市人民医院2019年2月-2021年2月收治观察的773例睑板腺功能障碍性干眼患者为研究对象,将患者按随机数表法分为两组,研究组437例,对照组336例。对照组采用常规护理进行干预,研究组在对照组的治疗基础上采用综合护理。收治后分别对两组患者进行角膜荧光素染色评分、睑缘观察评分对比。结果:护理后研究组角膜荧光素染色评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后研究组睑缘观察评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对于睑板腺功能障碍性干眼患者实施综合护理,患者的治疗有效性显著提升,角膜荧光素染色评分以及睑缘观察评分明显降低,患者的满意度更高,值得临床推广应用。

Objective: To analyze the effectiveness of comprehensive nursing in patients with meibomian gland dysfunction causing dry eye. Methods: The 773 patients with meibomian gland dysfunction causing dry eye who were admitted and observed in Yangjiang People’s Hospital from February 2019 to February 2021 were selected as the study subjects, and the patients were divided into two groups according to the random number table method, with 437 patients in the study group and 336 patients in the control group. The control group received conventional nursing for intervention and the study group received comprehensive nursing on the basis of control group. After admission, the two groups of patients were compared for corneal fluorescein staining score and eyelid margin observation score. Results: After nursing, the corneal fluorescein staining score of the study group was lower than that of the control group after nursing, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). After nursing, the eyelid margin observation score of the study group was lower than that of the control group after nursing, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: After comprehensive nursing is implemented for patients with meibomian gland dysfunction causing dry eye, the effectiveness of the treatment is significantly improved, the corneal fluorescein staining score and the eyelid margin observation score are significantly reduced, and the patient’s satisfaction is higher. It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
