自我护理模式应用于慢性牙周炎种植修复患者的效果

Effect of Self-Care Model in Patients with Chronic Periodontitis Implant Restoration

目的:探讨自我护理模式应用于中老年慢性牙周炎种植修复患者的临床价值。方法:选取2016年1月-2018年3月佛山市口腔医院收治的中老年慢性牙周炎患者80例为研究对象,均行种植修复,随机分为两组,各40例。对照组采用常规护理模式,观察组在对照组的基础上实施自我护理模式。随访1年,比较两组患者不同时间点菌斑指数(PLI)、探诊深度(PD)水平、龈沟出血指数(SBI)、附着水平(CAL)和护理满意度。结果:两组患者PLI、PD、SBI、CAL水平在术前及术后1、3个月时比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后12个月时,观察组PLI、PD、SBI、CAL水平均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组对护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:自我护理模式可改善中老年慢性牙周炎种植修复患者口腔卫生及临床疗效,使患者对护理更满意。

Objective: To explore the clinical value of self-care model applied to middle-aged and elderly patients with chronicperiodontitis implant restoration. Methods: A total of 80 middle-aged and elderly patients with chronic periodontitis who wereadmitted to Foshan Stomatological Hospital from January 2016 to March 2018 were selected as the study subjects. All patientsreceived implant restoration and were randomly divided into two groups, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was givenroutine nursing, while the observation group was given self-care model on the basis of the control group. After 1 year of follow-up,the plaque index(PLI), probing depth(PD) level, sulcus bleeding index(SBI), clinical attachment level(CAL) and nursingsatisfaction were compared between the two groups at different time points. Results: There was no significant difference in thelevels of PLI, PD, SBI and CAL between the two groups before surgery and at 1 and 3 months after surgery(P>0.05). The levels ofPLI, PD, SBI and CAL in the observation group were lower than those in the control group at postoperative 12 months, and thedifference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in thecontrol group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: Self-care model can improve the oral hygieneand clinical efficacy of middle-aged and elderly patients with chronic periodontitis implant restoration, and increase patient’snursing satisfaction.
