快速康复外科理念对脊髓型颈椎病患者围术期的影响

Effect of Rapid Rehabilitation Surgery Concept on Perioperative Patients with Cervical Spondylotic Myelopathy

目的:对脊髓型颈椎病患者在围术期采用快速康复外科理念护理的效果进行分析。方法:选择2018年1月-2021年3月毕节市第一人民医院收治的接受手术的脊髓型颈椎病患者104例纳入研究中,根据随机抽签分为两组,各52例。对照组接受常规护理,研究组则实施快速康复外科理念。对比两组的护理效果。结果:研究组的首次下床活动时间、住院时间及疼痛评分优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后,研究组的生活自理能力评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组的并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在脊髓型颈椎病患者的围术期中,采用快速康复外科理念对其予以护理效果很好,可以有效促进患者康复,降低其疼痛,而且还可以改善其生活自理能力,患者的术后并发症风险更低。

Objective: To analyze the effect of perioperative nursing of patients with cervical spondylotic myelopathy using the concept of rapid rehabilitation surgery. Methods: A total of 104 patients with cervical spondylotic myelopathy who received a surgery in First People’s Hospital of Bijie City from January 2018 to March 2021 were included in the study, and divided into two groups according to random drawing, with 52 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing, while the study group applied the concept of rapid rehabilitation surgery. The nursing effect of the two groups was compared. Results: The time of first ambulation, length of hospital stay and pain score in the study group were better than those in the control group, with significant difference(P<0.05). After nursing, the score of self-care ability in the study group was higher than that in the control group, with significant difference(P<0.05). The complication rate in the study group were lower than those in the control group,with significant difference(P<0.05). Conclusion: In the perioperative period of patients with cervical spondylotic myelopathy, the nursing effect using the concept of rapid rehabilitation surgery is very good, which can effectively promote the rehabilitation of patients, reduce their pain, also improve their self-care ability, and the risk of postoperative complications of patients is lower.
