预防医学专业临床实习教学管理体系的建设及实施效果 被引量:3

摘要 目的:构建预防医学专业临床实习教学管理体系并探究分析其实施效果。方法:选取2020年9月-2022年2月在宁乡市人民医院实习的预防医学专业临床实习生共49名。根据时间节点不同,对2020年9月-2021年2月实习的22名预防医学专业临床实习生采取传统教学方法,作为对照组;对2021年9月-2022年2月实习的27名预防医学专业实习生采取新的教学方法,作为研究组。对比两组教学方法实施效果、考核成绩及教学满意度。结果:研究组激发学习兴趣、提升自学能力、提升医患交流能力、培养逻辑思维评分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组理论成绩、实操成绩、案例分析成绩均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组教学总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:构建预防医学专业临床实习教学管理体系意义重大,可有效提升教学水平。 Objective:To construct a clinical practice teaching management system for preventive medicine,to explore and analyze its implementation effects. Methods: From September 2020 to February 2022, 49 clinical intern students of preventivemedicine in Ningxiang City People’s Hospital were selected. According to different time points, 22 clinical intern students ofpreventive medicine from September 2020 to February 2021 were given traditional teaching methods, as control group;27 clinicalintern students of preventive medicine from September 2021 to February 2022 were given new teaching method, as study group.The implementation effects, assessment results and teaching satisfaction of teaching methods in of the two groups were compared.Results: The study group was better than the control group in terms of stimulating interest in learning, improving self-learningability, improving doctor-patient communication ability, and cultivating logical thinking, and the difference was statisticallysignificant(P<0.05). The scores of theoretical grades, practical grades, and case analysis grades in the study group were betterthan those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The total teaching satisfaction of the studygroup was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: It is of greatsignificance to construct a clinical practice teaching management system for preventive medicine, which can effectively improvethe teaching level.
