摘要
阐述社会疏离(SA)的概念、主要观点、理论、测评工具,综述社会疏离相关量表在慢性病人群中的应用研究进展。指出社会疏离相关量表较多,但特异性不强,评估工具有待进一步完善。
The concept,main viewpoints,theories and evaluation tools of social alienation(SA) are elaborated.The research progress on the application of social alienation related scales in chronic disease population are reviewed.It is pointed out that there are many scales related to social alienation,but the specificity is not strong,and the assessment tools need to be further improved.
