In 2017,China and Russia successfully initiated cooperation on jointly building the"Ice Silk Road".In the realistic-dimension,the cooperation is complementary and has a solid political foundation.In the value dimension,the cooperation is the result of political mutual trust between China and Russia,and the"Ice Silk Road"is both an economic road and a cultural exchange road.In the practical dimension,China and Russia can achieve win-win results in many areas through the cooperation.
