中医药对新型冠状病毒肺炎研究的知识图谱可视化分析

目的 对中医药在新冠肺炎研究方面的文献进行计量学分析,探索该研究领域的发展现状及研究热点。方法 利用CiteSpace软件对CNKI数据库中符合研究主题的中文文献绘制作者、研究机构、关键词知识图谱。结果 1 867篇文献纳入本次研究;涉及作者108名,其中刘清泉、张伯礼、张志明是作者共现网络的代表;87所研究机构中北京中医药大学、天津中医药大学、湖北省中医院、首都医科大学附属北京中医医院是机构共现图谱中的关键节点;71个关键词中“新型冠状病毒肺炎”“中医药”出现频次大于200次,关键词聚类为8类。结论 目前中医药对新型冠状病毒肺炎的研究多集中在对疾病临床特征、中医证候、病因病机的认识及中医、中西医结合治疗的疗效评价等方面;同时网络药理学、数据挖掘、分子对接技术也在研究中占据重要地位。

Objective:To conduct bibliometric analysis of literature on Chinese medicine related to COVID-19and to explore the current development and research hotspots in this area.Methods:CiteSpace software was usedto map the author,research institution,and keyword knowledge graphs of Chinese literature in the CNKI databasethat matched the research topics.Results:A total of 1 867 papers were included in this study;108 authors wereinvolved,among which Liu Qingquan,Zhang Boli,and Zhang Zhiming were the representatives of the author co-oc-currence network;87 research institutions,among which Beijing University of Chinese Medicine,Tianjin Universityof Traditional Chinese Medicine,Hubei Provincial Hospital of TCM,and Beijing Hospital of Traditional ChineseMedicine affiliated to Capital Medical University were the key nodes in the institutional co-occurrence map;71keywords,among which the frequency of COVID-19 and TCM appeared was greater than 200 times,and the key-words were clustered into 8 categories.Conclusion:The current research on COVID-19 in TCM mostly focuseson the understanding of clinical features,TCM symptoms,etiology and pathogenesis of the disease and the evalua-tion of the efficacy of combined TCM and TCM treatments;meanwhile,network pharmacology,data mining and mo-lecular docking techniques also occupy an important position in the research.
