本文提出地域特点、饮食、生活习性等诸多因素导致小儿体质发生变化,并形成了极具地域特色的疾病谱系及发病特点。寒地小儿以湿热体质居多,感邪以寒邪为主,提出以止咳解痉法为小儿CVA治疗总则,实寒证治以温肺散寒、宣肺止咳,方用自拟射干定喘汤加减;阳虚证治以温阳益气、补肺健脾,方用苓桂术甘汤加味;外寒内热证治以散寒清热,降气止咳,方用大青龙汤加减;湿热证治以分消走泄、理气化痰,方用温胆汤合方。

Factors such as regional characteristics,diet and living habits have led to changes in children′s physique,and formed a disease pedigree and disease characteristics with regional characteristics.The majority of children in cold areas are damp heat constitution,and the main pathogenic factor is coldness.It is proposed to take the method of relieving cough and spasm as the general principle of children′s CVA treatment.The treatment of excess cold syndrome is to warm the lung and disperse cold,and the prescription is modified with self-made Shegan Dingchuan Decoction;yang deficiency syndrome is treated by warming yang and supplementing qi,tonifying lung and spleen,and the prescription is modified with Linggui Zhugan Decoction;external cold and internal heat syndrome is treated by dispersing cold and clearing heat,reducing qi and relieving cough,and Daqinglong Decoction is used;the treatment of damp heat syndrome is divided into eliminating damp heat,regulating qi and resolving phlegm,and the prescription is Wendan Decoction.
