摘要
目的 观察真武汤加味对慢性心力衰竭(阳虚水泛证)患者的临床疗效。方法 将68例患者随机分为治疗组与对照组各34例。对照组给予西药常规治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加用真武汤加味方治疗,两组均连续治疗3周后评价其临床疗效,比较两组治疗前后中医证候积分、心功能疗效、血清N末端前脑钠肽(NTproBNP)。结果 治疗后,两组NT-proBNP较治疗前均降低(P <0.05),且治疗组优于对照组(P <0.05);治疗组中医证候积分低于对照组(P <0.05);治疗组总有效率为87.24%,高于对照组的61.76%,治疗组心功能改善优于对照组(P <0.05)。结论 真武汤加味方联合西药常规治疗慢性心力衰竭(阳虚水泛证)临床疗效显著。
Objective:To study the clinical efficacy of Mofidied Zhenwu Decoction on patients with chronic heart failure(syndrome of water overflowing due to yang deficiency).Methods:A total of 68 patients were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group,34 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional western medicine treatment,and the treatment group was additionally treated with Mofidied Zhenwu Decoction on the basis of the control group.The two groups were treated for 3 consecutive weeks to evaluate their clinical efficacy.The TCM syndrome score,cardiac function efficacy and serum NT-proBNP before and after treatment of the two groups were compared.Results:After treatment,NT-proBNP decreased in both groups compared with that before treatment(P < 0.05),and the treatment group was better than that in the control group after treatment(P < 0.05).The TCM syndrome score of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group(P <0.05).The total effective rate was 87.5% in the treatment group and 62.5% in the control group,and the improvement of cardiac function in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion:The clinical efficacy of Mofidied Zhenwu Decoction combined with conventional western medicine in the treatment of chronic heart failure(syndrome of water overflowing due to yang deficiency)is significant.
