他汀类药物在心血管疾病患者中的应用效果

摘要 目的:探讨他汀类药物在心血管疾病患者中的应用效果。方法:研究对象来源于山东省聊城市人民医院2020年7月-2021年6月收治的心血管疾病患者150例,采用随机数表法分为两组,各75例。对照组患者使用一般药物治疗;试验组在对照组基础上联用阿托伐他汀钙。观察治疗效果、血脂指标变化和不良反应情况。结果:试验组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,试验组患者血脂指标低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组不良反应发生率高于对照组,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:临床上使用阿托伐他汀钙治疗心血管疾病的疗效确切,能显著降低血脂水平,且不会明显增加不良反应,是一种安全的治疗方案。 Objective:To explore the application effect of statins in patients with cardiovascular diseases.Methods:A total of 150patients with cardiovascular diseases treated in Liaocheng People’s Hospital from July 2020 to June 2021 were selected as the study subjects.According to random number table method,they were divided into two groups,with 75 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with general drugs,and the patients in the experimental group were treated with Atorvastatin Calcium on the basis of control group.The therapeutic effect,changes of blood lipid indexes and adverse reactions were observed.Results:The total effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the blood lipid indexes of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Atorvastatin Calcium is definitely effective in the clinical treatment of cardiovascular disease,which can significantly reduce the level of blood lipid and will not significantly increase the adverse reactions,so it is a safe treatment regimen.
