伐昔洛韦联合外用喷昔洛韦乳膏治疗生殖器疱疹临床分析

Clinical Analysis of Valacyclovir Combined with Topical Penciclovir Cream in Treatment of Genital Herpes

目的:分析性病门诊生殖器疱疹的主要发病部位、生殖器疱疹疾病的治疗方式以及患者治疗前后的心理变化。方法:回顾性分析2020年2月-2020年5月江苏省常州市第三人民医院性病门诊收治的102例生殖器疱疹患者的临床资料,根据治疗方法不同分为两组,观察组(51例),口服伐昔洛韦,外用喷昔洛韦乳膏,适当给予免疫增强剂;对照组(51例)口服匹多莫德颗粒。对患者发病部位、治疗方法、效果及治疗前后心理改变进行分析。结果:男性泌尿生殖器疱疹患病率高于女性,女性生殖器周边部位疱疹的发病率高于男性,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组总治疗率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组焦虑量表评分、抑郁量表评分均低于对照组患者,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:生殖器疱疹患者的临床治疗中,其主要发病于泌尿生殖器和肛门皮肤黏膜外,男性以泌尿生殖器为主,女性以生殖器周边部位为主,口服伐昔洛韦联合外用喷昔洛韦乳膏治疗效果较口服匹多莫德颗粒治疗更有效。

Objective:To analyze the main pathogenesis site of genital herpes in Outpatient Department of Sexually TransmittedDisease,the effective way to treat genital herpes and the psychological changes of patients before and after treatment.Methods:Clinical data of 102 patients with genital herpes who were treated in the Outpatient Department of Sexually Transmitted Disease,Changzhou Third People’s Hospital from February 2020 to May 2020 were retrospectively analyzed.According to differenttreatment methods,they were divided into two groups.The observation group(51 cases) was given oral valacyclovir,topicalpenciclovir cream,and appropriate immune enhancer;the control group(51 cases) was orally administered with pidotimodgranules.The patient’s disease site,treatment method,effect and psychological changes before and after treatment were analyzed.Results:The prevalence rate of urogenital herpes in males was higher than that in females,and the incidence of herpes in theperipheral parts of female genitals was higher than that in males,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The totaltreatment rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the anxiety scale scores and depression scale scores of the observation group were lower than those of thecontrol group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the clinical treatment of patients withgenital herpes,it mainly occurs in the urogenital organs and outside anal skin and mucous membranes,mainly in the urogenitalorgans in males and in the peripheral parts of the genitals in females.Oral valacyclovir combined with topical penciclovir creamhas a better therapeutic effect than oral pidotimod granules.
