奥拉西坦治疗脑梗死恢复期患者轻度认知功能障碍的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Oxiracetam in Treatment of Mild Cognitive Impairment in Convalescent Patients with Cerebral Infarction

目的:探讨奥拉西坦治疗脑梗死恢复期伴轻度认知功能障碍患者的临床效果及不良反应发生情况。方法:2019年12月-2020年12月在山东省枣庄市台儿庄区中医院接受治疗的脑梗死恢复期伴轻度认知功能障碍患者60例作为研究对象,随机数字表法分为两组,各30例。两组均接受常规治疗干预,在此基础上,对照组应用胞二磷胆碱治疗,观察组应用奥拉西坦治疗。对比两组治疗后认知功能改善情况及治疗后用药不良反应发生率。结果:治疗后,两组的各项认知功能评分均高于治疗前,且观察组的蒙特利尔认知评估量表评分及简易智力状态检查量表评分均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组的用药不良反应总发生率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:奥拉西坦治疗脑梗死恢复期伴轻度认知功能障碍患者的临床效果较为显著,可明显改善机体认知功能受损情况,且不易出现用药不良反应,具有一定的推广应用价值。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effects and adverse reactions of oxiracetam in the treatment of patients with cerebral infarction and mild cognitive impairment during the convalescence period.Methods:Sixty patients with cerebral infarction and mild cognitive impairment during the convalescence period who were treated in Taierzhuang District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Zaozhuang City from December 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the subjects.According to random number table method,they were divided into two groups,with 30 cases in each group.Both groups received conventional treatment intervention.On this basis,the control group was treated with citicoline and the observation group was treated with oxiracetam.The improvement of cognitive function and the incidence of adverse drug reactions were compared between the two groups after treatment.Results:After treatment,the cognitive function scores of the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the Montreal Cognitive Assessment Scale score and the Mini-Mental State Examination score of the observation group were all higher than those of the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).After treatment,the total incidence of adverse drug reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Oxiracetam has a significant clinical effect in the treatment of patients with cerebral infarction and mild cognitive impairment during the convalescence period.It can significantly improve the cognitive function impairment of the body and is not prone to adverse drug reactions.It has a certain promotion and application value.
