不锈钢结扎丝与弹力结扎圈弓丝固定在口腔牙齿矫正中的疗效比较

Effect Evaluation of Stainless Steel Ligation Wire and Elastic Ligation Ring Arch Wire Fixation for Oral Orthodontics

目的:分析不锈钢结扎丝与弹力结扎圈弓丝固定在口腔牙齿矫正中的应用效果。方法:纳入2017年1月-2019年1月梅州市大埔县人民医院60例口腔牙齿矫正患者,以随机数字表法分为两组,各30例。观察组采取不锈钢结扎丝固定方法;对照组采取弹力结扎圈弓丝固定方法,比较两组临床效果及患者满意度。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组结扎时间、拆除时间均长于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组口腔内细菌检出率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组美学总满意度高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在临床中,针对口腔牙齿矫正患者采取不锈钢结扎丝固定,虽然在结扎时间、拆除时间方面均长于弹力结扎圈弓丝固定,但不锈钢结扎丝固定的矫正效果更优,且口腔内细菌检出率更低;因此,可以择优选择使用不锈钢结扎丝固定。

Objective:To analyze the application effect of stainless steel ligation wire and elastic ligation ring arch wire fixation in oral orthodontics.Methods:From January 2017 to January 2019,60 patients with orthodontic treatment in People’s Hospital of Dapu County were included and divided into two groups according to random digital table method,with 30 cases in each group.The observation group was given stainless steel ligation wire and the control group was given elastic ligation ring arch wire fixation.The clinical effect and patient’s satisfaction of the two groups was compared.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in observation group was higher than that in control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The ligation time and removal time in observation group were longer than those in control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The detection rate of bacteria in oral cavity in observation group was lower than that in control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The aesthetic satisfaction in observation group was higher than that in control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:In clinic,stainless steel ligation wire fixation is used for orthodontic patients.Although the ligation time and removal time are longer than that of elastic ligation ring arch wire fixation,the correction effect of stainless steel ligation wire fixation is better,and the detection rate of bacteria in oral cavity is lower.Therefore,stainless steel ligation wire fixation can be selected.
