针灸联合中医康复治疗认知功能障碍脑卒中患者的临床疗效

Clinical Efficacy of Acupuncture Combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine Rehabilitation in Stroke Patients with Cognitive Impairment

目的:探讨为认知功能障碍脑卒中患者开展针灸联合中医康复干预的临床疗效。方法:选取2019年11月-2020年11月在枣庄市台儿庄区中医院就诊的认知功能障碍脑卒中患者70例作为研究对象,并依据入院序号分为观察组和对照组,各35例。对照组给予常规治疗,在此基础上,观察组联合开展针灸及中医康复干预。对比两组干预后的临床疗效、神经功能及认知功能障碍改善情况和生活能力水平。结果:干预后,观察组临床总有效率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,观察组的神经功能缺损程度评分量表评分低于对照组,简易精神状态评价量表、蒙特利尔认知评估量表及巴氏量表评分均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:认知功能障碍脑卒中患者开展针灸联合中医康复干预的效果较为显著,可显著提升整体临床疗效,改善患者神经功能及认知功能障碍表现,提升生活能力,值得进行推广应用。

Objective:To explore the clinical effects of acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitationintervention for patients with cognitive impairment and stroke.Methods:Totally 70 patients with cognitive dysfunction stroke whowere treated in Taierzhuang District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from November 2019 to November 2020 wereincluded in this study.They were assigned to the control group and the observation group according to the time sequence ofadmission,with 35 cases in each group.The control group received conventional treatment intervention.On this basis,acupuncture and Chinese medicine rehabilitation intervention were jointly carried out for the observation group.The clinicalefficacy,neurological and cognitive dysfunction improvement and living ability level were compared between the two groups afterintervention.Results:After the intervention,the total clinical efficacy level of the observation group was higher than that of thecontrol group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).After the intervention,the scores of the Neurological ImpairmentScale of the observation group were lower than those of the control group.The Mini Mental State Evaluation Scale,MontrealCognitive Assessment Scale and Pap Scale scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,withstatistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicinerehabilitation intervention for patients with cognitive dysfunction and stroke is more significant,which can significantly improvethe overall clinical efficacy,improve the body’s neurological and cognitive dysfunction performance,and improve life ability.It isworthy of promotion and application.
