整体观念新模式在结肠镜检查中的临床应用价值

Clinical Application Value of New Model of Holistic Concept in Colonoscopy

目的:探讨整体观念新模式在结肠镜检查中的临床应用价值和心得体会。方法:选取2019年9月-2020年10月结肠镜检查的整体观念新模式实施1 021例资料,对实施方法、评价指标与统计学处理等方面进行总结,分析新模式实施技巧和体会。结果:运用无痛结肠镜检查的整体观念新模式后,在插镜成功率、到达回盲部时间方面,都较原来的模式明显提高,并发症发生率为0%,检出率明显提高。结论:整体观念新模式具有简单安全、成功率高、插入时间短与依从性好等特点,值得推广。

Objective:To explore the clinical application value and experience of the new model of holistic concept in colonoscopy.Methods:The data of 1021 cases who were subject to a colonoscopy through the new model of holistic concept from September 2019 to October 2020 were selected,and the implementation methods,evaluation indicators and statistical processing were summarized,and the skills and experience of implementing the new model were analyzed.Results:After the new model of holistic concept in painless colonoscopy is implemented,the intubation success rate and the time of reaching ileocecal junction were significantly increased compared with previous model,with 0 complication,high detection rate.Conclusion:The new model of holistic concept has the characteristics of simplicity and safety,high success rate,short insertion time,and good compliance,and it is worthy of promotion.
