心理护理干预对精神分裂症患者康复期的效果分析

Effect of Psychological Nursing Intervention on Convalescent Period of Patients with Schizophrenia

目的:探讨心理护理干预对精神分裂症患者康复期的影响效果。方法:将2019年1月-2020年12月滕州市精神卫生中心收治的62例精神分裂症康复期患者作为研究对象,信封随机法分两组,各31例。常规组给予常规护理服务;观察组实施心理护理干预。比较两组护理前和护理后阳性与阴性症状量表评分、汉密尔顿抑郁量表评分、护理满意度。结果:观察组精神分裂症护理前后阳性、阴性症状评分及汉密尔顿抑郁量表评分均低于常规组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度高于常规组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对精神分裂症康复期患者实施心理护理干预效果确切,可有效改善患者病理症状和心理情况,提高患者的满意度,值得推广应用。

Objective:To explore the effect of psychological nursing intervention on the convalescent period of patients with schizophrenia.Methods:Totally 62 convalescent patients with schizophrenia in Tengzhou Mental Health Center from January2019 to December 2020 were enrolled in this study.They were randomly divided into two groups,with 31 cases in each group.The routine group was given routine nursing service,and the observation group was given psychological nursing intervention.The scores of positive and negative symptom scale,Hamilton Depression scale and satisfaction were compared between the two groups before and after nursing.Results:The scores of positive and negative symptom scale and Hamilton Depression Scale of the observation group were lower than those in the routine group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the routine group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of psychological nursing intervention in convalescent patients with schizophrenia is definite,and it can effectively improve the pathological symptoms and psychological condition of patients,and improve the satisfaction of patients,which is worth popularizing and applying.
