呼吸训练对脑卒中康复患者的影响分析

目的:探讨对脑卒中康复早期卧床患者实施呼吸训练预防肺部感染的效果及对焦虑情绪的影响。方法:将2019年1月-2020年1月揭阳市人民医院院感科收治的80例脑卒中康复早期卧床患者为研究对象,数字表随机法分为两组,各40例。对照组实施常规护理,加强体态语言功能的训练;试验组在对照组基础上实施呼吸训练。比较两组护理前后焦虑自评量表指数、生活质量评分、呼吸功能指标、住院时间及肺部感染发生率。结果:护理后,试验组患者焦虑自评量表指数低于对照组,生活质量评分、呼吸功能指标高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组患者住院时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);肺部感染发生率比较,试验组的肺部感染发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:呼吸训练可有效缓解患者的焦虑情绪,并改善其呼吸功能和生活质量,可有效降低肺部感染发生率,缩短住院时间,值得推广和应用。

Objective:To explore the effect of breathing training on the prevention of pulmonary infection in bedridden patients in the early stage of stroke rehabilitation and the impact on the anxiety.Methods:From January 2019 to January 2020 in Department of Infectious Diseases of Jieyang People’s Hospital,80 patients who were bedridden in early stroke rehabilitation were enrolled in this study.They were randomly divided into two groups with 40 cases in each group.In the control group,the patients received routine nursing care and enhanced body language training.In the trial group,the patients underwent breathing training on the basis of the treatment in the control group.The Self-Rating Anxiety Scale index,quality of life score,respiratory function index,length of hospital stay,and incidence of lung infection were compared between the two groups before and after nursing.Results:After nursing,the Self-Rating Anxiety Scale index of the trial group was lower than that in the control group.The quality of life score and respiratory function index in the trial group were higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The hospital stay of the trial group was shorter than that of the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The incidence of lung infection of the trial group was lower than that of the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Respiratory training can effectively alleviate patients’ anxiety,improve their respiratory function and quality of life,effectively reduce the incidence of lung infections and shorten the length of hospital stay.It is worthy of promotion and application.
