摘要
目的:研究系统化孕前保健方法对孕前备孕妇女营养及体重指数的影响。方法:选取2019年12月-2020年12月广东省妇幼保健院备孕的100例妇女作为本文研究对象,根据随机抽签分组原则分为两组,各50例。对照组采取常规健康教育方式;观察组采用系统化孕前保健方法方式。对比两组患者营养指标、自我管理及体重指数。结果:观察组蛋白质、铁、钙、锌、铜、镁、维生素A及维生素E均高于对照组,观察组脂肪低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,观察组自我防护行为、遵医行为及日常生活行为评分均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组体重指数和对照组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:系统化孕前保健方法对孕前备孕妇女体重指数具有显著改善,能够改善营养指标。
Objective:To study the effect of systematic preconception care methods on nutrition and body mass index of prepregnant women.Methods:A total of 100 women who were preparing for a pregnancy in Guangdong Maternal and Child Health Hospital from December 2019 to December 2020 were collected as the study subjects.They were divided into two groups according to the principle of random lottery,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received routine health education;The observation group adopted systematic preconception care methods.Nutritional indexes,self-management and body mass index were compared between the two groups.Results:The protein,iron,calcium,zinc,copper,magnesium,vitamin A and vitamin E in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the fat in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);After the intervention,the scores of self-protection behavior,medical compliance behavior and daily life behavior in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);There was a significant difference in body mass index between the observation group and the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The systematic preconception care methods can significantly improve body mass index and improve nutritional index of pre-pregnant women.
