不同浸种剂对稻草还田条件下油菜发芽出苗的影响 被引量:1

Effects of Seed Soaking Reagents on Rapeseed Seedling Quality Under Rice-residue Returning to Field

摘要 为了缓解水稻秸秆还田对直播油菜的负面影响,实现水稻秸秆还田下直播油菜全苗、壮苗,本研究以‘沣油737’为试验材料,通过不同浸种剂处理,探究不同浸种剂对水稻秸秆还田下直播油菜发芽出苗的影响。结果表明,C_(1)(40 mg/L赤霉素+200 mg/L钼酸铵+2000 mg/L磷酸二氢钾+400 mg/L的硼酸)和C_(2)(100μmol/L褪黑素+200 mg/L钼酸铵+2000 mg/L磷酸二氢钾+400 mg/L的硼酸)试剂浸种处理后水稻秸秆还田下直播油菜每平方出苗数分别较CK增加23.28%和3.97%;C_(1)试剂浸种后油菜幼苗根长增加,下胚轴的伸出长度变长,C_(2)试剂浸种后油菜幼苗的根长变长,下胚轴长度较CK有所降低;C_(1)、C_(2)试剂浸种后幼苗干物质积累较CK增加。C_(1)、C_(2)试剂浸种一定程度缓解秸秆还田对直播油菜出苗的不利影响,C_(2)试剂浸种更有利于促进油菜根系发育,促进秸秆还田下直播油菜壮苗。 The aims are to alleviate the negative effects of rice-residue returning to field on direct-seeding rapeseed,and achieve the full and strong seedling.‘Fengyou 737’was used as material,and the effects of different seed soaking reagents on the germination and seedling of direct-seeding rapeseed were studied under rice-residue returning to field.Results showed that under rice-residue returning to field,treated with C_(1)(40 mg/L gibberellin+200 mg/L ammonium molybdate+2000 mg/L potassium dihydrogen phosphate+400 mg/L boric acid)and C_(2)(100μmol/L melatonin+200 mg/L ammonium molybdate+2000 mg/L potassium dihydrogen phosphate+400 mg/L boric acid),the number of seedlings per square were increased by 23.28%and 3.97%compared with that of CK.The root length and hypocotyl length of seedlings treated with C_(1) reagent were increased.The toot length was increased and the hypocotyl length was decreased compared with those of CK in the C_(2) reagent treatment.The dry matter accumulation of seedlings treated with C_(1) and C_(2) reagents were all increased compared with that of CK.We also found that C_(1) and C_(2) reagents relieved the harmful effect of rice-residue returning to field on the seedling of direct-seeding rapeseed.C_(2) reagent treatment was better than C_(1) reagent treatment by promoting the root development and strong seedling under rice-residue returning to field.
