基于误用工况试验的下摆臂载荷对标研究

摘要 为研究强度CAE分析工况与整车误用工况下的载荷关联性,本文选取前悬架系统中的核心部件下摆臂为研究对象,通过误用工况试验,采集摆臂球头销处的FX/FY载荷,并在摆臂关键受力位置的表面粘贴应变花采集应变数据。同时搭建前悬架系统的多体动力学模型,提取下摆臂的强度工况载荷,并建立下摆臂有限元模型,进行有限元分析得到关键位置的应变和应力结果。对比试验采集数据和CAE分析结果,得到仿真和试验结果差异较小,完成下摆臂的载荷对标过程,为前悬下摆臂及其它底盘零部件的误用工况试验载荷对标提供一定参考。 In order to study the load correlation between the strength CAE analysis conditions and the misuse conditions of the whole vehicle,this paper selects the lower swing arm,the core component of the front suspension system,as the research object.Through the misuse test,the ball head pin of the swing arm is collected.FX/FY load,and paste the strain rosette on the surface of the key force position of the swing arm to collect strain data.At the same time,the multibody dynamics model of the front suspension system was built,the strength load of the lower swing arm was extracted,and the finite element model of the lower swing arm was established,and the strain and stress results were obtained by finite element analysis.Comparing the data collected by the test and the CAE analysis results,the simulation and test results are less different,and the load benchmarking process is completed,which provides a certain reference for the test load benchmarking of the swing arm’s misuse conditions.
