摘要
针对配电网中分布式储能(DESS)的协调优化控制问题,提出了一种兼顾经济性和鲁棒性的DESS两阶段模型预测协调控制(MPC)方法。在日前阶段,采用雨流计数法量化评估储能使用寿命,同时详细考虑源荷随机性,制定DESS日前经济运行基准计划。在日内阶段,基于电压灵敏度矩阵,构建基于状态空间的分布式储能MPC协调控制模型,尽量跟踪日前经济性计划,同时通过MPC超前优化和滚动控制,有效平抑源荷短时功率波动。改造后的IEEE 33节点算例分析表明:相比传统潮流断面控制方案,所提方法能降低DESS荷电状态跟踪误差和系统节点电压偏差降幅分别达28.4%和39.2%。
Aiming at the coordinated optimal control problem of the distributed energy storage(DESS) in distribution network,a two-stage model predictive coordinated control(MPC) method for the distributed energy storage in distribution network considering economy and robustness is proposed.In the day-ahead stage,the rain flow calculation method is used to quantitatively evaluate the life of DESS,and the randomness of the renewable energy and the load power is considered in detail to formulate,the day-ahead economic operation benchmark plan of DESS.In the intra-day stage,based on the voltage sensitivity matrix,the MPC coordinated control model of DESS based on state space is constructed,and the advanced optimization regulation and the rolling control are implemented for each DESS,which ensure the tracking of the economic optimization plan of each DESS,the voltage fluctuation caused by the short-term load power.The test case analysis on the modified IEEE 33 node show that compared with the traditional power flow section control scheme,the proposed method can reduce the SOC tracking control error and node voltage deviation by 28.4% and 39.2% respectively.
