川陕哲罗鲑幼鱼形态性状对体质量影响效果分析 被引量:1

摘要 为探明川陕哲罗鲑Hucho bleekeri形态性状与体质量的关系,测定了3月龄体质量(12.82±2.28)g、体长(10.22±0.73)cm川陕哲罗鲑体质量(Y)和体宽(X_(1))、眼间距(X_(2))、口裂宽(X_(3))、全长(X_(4))、体长(X_(5))、体高(X_(6))、吻长(X_(7))、头长(X_(8))、眼径(X_(9))、眼后头长(X_(10))、口裂长(X_(11))、尾柄长(X_(12))及尾柄高(X_(13))共13个形态性状,利用相关分析、通径分析和多元线性回归分析等方法筛选出影响其体质量的主要形态性状,并建立回归方程。结果显示,川陕哲罗鲑体质量的变异范围最大,变异系数为17.78%,高于13个形态性状;除口裂长外,其余12个形态性状均与体质量呈显著相关性(P<0.05)。通径分析筛选表明:影响川陕哲罗鲑体质量的主要形态性状为口裂宽、体宽、体高和尾柄长,其对体质量的总决定系数达0.969。多元逐步线性回归拟合出的形态性状与体质量的回归方程为:Y=-14.110+8.190X_(1)+18.345X_(3)+1.630X_(6)+2.290X_(12)。本研究筛选出了决定3月龄川陕哲罗鲑体质量的主要形态性状,为川陕哲罗鲑苗种培育中分池技术的优化提供了参考依据,丰富了川陕哲罗鲑保护生物学数据。 In order to explore the relationship between morphological traits and body weight of 3 month old Sichuan taimen Hucho bleekeri,body weight(Y),body width(X_(1)),eye interval(X_(2)),mouth crack width(X_(3)),total length(X_(4)),body length(X_(5)),body depth(X_(6)),snout length(X_(7)),head length(X_(8)),interorbital(X_(9)),head length behind eyes(X_(10)),mouth crack length(X_(11)),caudal peduncle length(X_(12))and caudal peduncle height(X_(13))were measured in Sichuan taimen with body weight of(12.82±2.28)g and body length of(10.22±0.73)cm.The correlation analysis,path analysis and multiple linear regression analysis revealed that the main morphological traits affecting the body weight of Sichuan taimen were screened out,and the regression equation was established.The results showed that there was the maximal variation range of body weight of 3-month-old Sichuan taimen,with variation coefficient of 17.78%,higher than 13 morphological traits.Except the mouth crack length,the other 12 morphological traits were significantly correlated with body weight(P<0.05).Path analysis showed that the main morphological traits affecting the body weight of 3-month-old Sichuan taimen were mouth crack width,body width,body height and caudal peduncle length,with their total determination coefficients of 0.969 on body weight.The regression model between morphological traits and body weight constructed by multiple stepwise linear regression was expressed as Y=-14.110+8.190X_(1)+18.345X_(3)+1.630X_(6)+2.290X_(12).The main morphological traits that determined the body weight of 3-month-old screened out not only provided reference for the optimization of pool division technology in the larvae rearing of Sichuan taimen,but also enriched the research data of conservation biology of Sichuan taimen.
