摘要
对照再生(黄)铜原料标准技术要求,结合海关现场管理和检验工作实际,本文从进口再生(黄)铜原料海关检验规程中提炼出海关现场检验、取样送实验室检测、固体废物现场排查、结果判定和不合格处置等操作要点,供全国海关进口再生金属原料检验监管岗位人员参考,辅助提升一线执法人员的实操能力。
According to the technical requirements of the standards for imported recycling brass and copper materials and in combination with the actual situation of on-site customs management and inspection, this paper extracts the key operation points of on-site customs inspection, sampling and sending to laboratories for inspection, on-site investigation of solid waste, result determination and unqualified disposal from the customs inspection rules for imported recycling brass and copper materials, which can be used as a reference in the inspection and supervision of imported recycling metal materials for customs nationwide, thus improving the practical operation ability of on-site customs law enforcement personnel.
