摘要 为探究浅埋薄基岩煤层开采条件下,工作面长度与覆岩矿压规律之间的关系,以苏家沟煤矿4101综采工作面为研究对象,建立不同工作面长度条件下的数值模拟开采模型。通过数值模拟、理论分析和现场实测等研究得出:工作面长度在200 m以内,煤层顶板覆岩的平衡拱高度随着工作面长度的增加而增高;当工作面长度超过250 m,随着工作面长度的增加,平衡拱高度增长幅度相对减弱;工作面长度增加量与所需液压支架工作阻力增大量呈线性正比关系;苏家沟煤矿4101综采工作面最优长度为150~200 m。 In order to explore the relationship between the length of working face and the regularity of overburden rock pressure under the mining condition of shallow buried thin bedrock coal seam, the4101 fully mechanized mining face of Sujiagou coal mine was taken as the research object, and numerical simulation mining models under different working face length conditions were established.Through numerical simulation, theoretical analysis and field measurement, it is concluded that when the working face length is less than 200 m, the equilibrium arch height of coal seam roof overburden increases with the increase of working face length. When the length of working face exceeds 250 m, the increasing range of equilibrium arch height decreases with the increase of working face length. The increase of the working face length is linearly proportional to the increase of the required shield pressure. The optimal length of 4101 fully mechanized mining face is 150 to 200 m.
