摘要
超强度快速回采特厚煤层常导致工作面瓦斯异常涌出。根据唐口煤矿6305工作面工程条件,分析了6305快速回采特厚煤层工作面瓦斯异常涌出问题产生的原因,采用高位钻场钻孔、定向水平钻孔、采空区埋管及尾巷联合的综合瓦斯抽采技术治理6305工作面瓦斯并监测瓦斯抽采效果。结果表明,工作面回风流瓦斯浓度稳定在0.22%~0.35%,隅角瓦斯浓度稳定在0.42%~0.65%,达到了治理瓦斯异常涌出的目的。
Ultra-strength and rapid mining of extra-thick coal seams often leads to abnormal gas emission at the working face. According to the engineering conditions of the 6305 working face of Tangkou coal mine, the causes of the abnormal gas emission were analyzed. The integrated gas drainage technology combining the high-level drilling, the directional horizontal drilling, and the gob buried pipe, and the tail lane was adopted to control the gas in the 6305 working face. The gas drainage effect was monitored. The results show that the gas concentration in the return air flow of the working face is stable between 0.22% to 0.35%, and the gas concentration in the upper corner is stable between 0.42% to 0.65%. The abnormal gas emission was well controlled.
