高浓度浆液充填采空区堆积扩展规律试验研究

摘要 高浓度浆液在采空区内的充填堆积形态及扩散范围直接影响治理方案设计及治理效果。基于此,建立室外高浓度浆液充填堆积试验平台,以水泥为胶凝材料,河砂为骨料制备高浓度充填浆液,通过3D扫描设备量测不同坍落度及充填高度条件下高浓度浆液充填空区过程中的堆积特征,研究其堆积扩展规律,结果表明,高浓度浆液充填采空区过程可分为自由堆积阶段、接顶扩展、整体扩展3个阶段。浆液堆积角主要受材料坍落度影响,角度与坍落度负相关,与充填高度相关性弱。试验成果可有效指导高浓度浆液充填采空区的浆液配比设计及注浆工艺控制。 The filling and accumulation form and diffusion range of high concentration slurry in goaf directly affect the design and effect of treatment scheme. Based on this, an outdoor high concentration slurry filling and stacking test platform is established, which uses cement as cementitious material and river sand as aggregate to prepare high concentration slurry. Through 3D scanning equipment to measure the accumulation characteristics of high concentration slurry in the process of filling the empty area under different slump and filling height conditions, the accumulation and expansion law is studied,and the results are applied to the roadway high concentration grouting in a coal mine subsidence area In the filling treatment project, the results show that the filling process of high concentration slurry can be divided into three stages: free accumulation stage, roof extension stage and overall expansion stage.The angle of slurry accumulation is mainly affected by the slump of materials, which is negatively related to the slump and weakly related to the filling height. The test results can effectively guide the design of slurry ratio and grouting process control of high concentration slurry filling empty area.
