摘要
布置超长工作面是中厚煤层实现高产高效的必然趋势。基于国内外工作面参数的调研分析,以数值模拟方法为手段分析了工作面长度对矿山压力显现的影响,得出了超长工作面支护参数确定的关键影响因素。以高可靠性支护为目标,通过有限元分析,优化设计了2 050 mm超大中心距、1 800~3 200 mm超大伸缩比的ZY16000/18/32D型超强力中厚煤层液压支架,为超长工作面顶板控制提供了有力支撑。
It is an inevitable trend for medium thick coal seam to realize high yield and high efficiency and arrange super long working face. Based on the investigation and analysis of working face parameters at home and abroad, the influence of working face length on mine pressure behavior is analyzed by means of numerical simulation method, and the key influencing factors for the determination of support parameters of super long working face are obtained. Aiming at high reliability support, through finite element analysis, ZY16000/18/32D super strong medium thick coal seam hydraulic support with 2 050 mm super center distance and from 1 800 mm to 3 200 mm super expansion ratio is optimized, which provides strong support for roof control of super long working face.
