摘要
为填补大口径井钻井工程领域无专用金属落物打捞工具的空白,分析了现有打捞工具的不足之处,基于电磁技术,结合大口径井井下工况的特殊性,开发了大口径井金属落物打捞工具,设计了与其配套的打捞工艺,开展了地面测试试验。结果表明:研制的大口径井金属落物打捞工具运行稳定,磁吸引力强,可吸附金属物体质量高达369.90 kg,可满足大口径钻井施工中金属落物事故处理需求。
In order to solve the problem that there is no professional metal falling object fishing tool in the field of large diameter well drilling engineering, analyzed the deficiency of the existing fishing tool,based on the electromagnetic technology, combined with the particularity of large diameter well downhole conditions, developed large diameter well metal fall fishing tool, design the salvage with matching technology, carried out the ground test. The study results show that the large diameter well metal falling object fishing tool has stable operation and strong magnetic attraction, the weight of metal objects can be adsorbed up to 369.90 kg, which can meet the needs of handling metal falling object accidents in large diameter drilling construction.
