摘要
国能榆林能源青龙寺选煤厂煤泥水具有高泥化、难沉降的特点,采用单一投加PAM的方式处理煤泥水效果并不理想。针对该问题,对该厂煤泥水处理工艺中的药剂制度环节进行研究。研究结果表明:该厂的煤泥水处理作业,应采用联合加药制度,当投加顺序为CaCl_(2)→NPAM-7100,并且NPAM-7100以3∶7的比值进行分步投加时,煤泥水不仅沉降速度快、出水浊度低,而且节省了药剂用量。
The slime water in Qinglongsi coal preparation plant of Yulin energy has the characteristics of high mud and difficult sedimentation. The effect of treating slime water by single addition of PAM is not ideal. In view of this problem, the pharmaceutical system in the slime water treatment process of the plant is studied. The results show that the plant′s coal slime water treatment work, joint dosing system should be adopted when adding the order of CaCl_(2)→NPAM-7100, and NPAM-7100 in the ratio of 3∶7for overtime step by step, slime water sedimentation speed and low turbidity water, not only and saves reagent dosage.
