基于能耗模拟的某高校教学楼节能改造设计

摘要 以长安大学渭水校区鸿远教学楼为研究对象,首先运用Revit完成教学楼三维建模,并运用DesignBuilder对既有建筑进行能耗模拟,将模拟结果作为节能改造方案的对比数据。其次从建筑的围护结构、照明系统和供暖制冷等方面提出节能改造方案,模拟结果表明,对围护结构进行改造后,相比改造前节能28.69%;对照明系统进行改造后,相比改造前节能10.02%;对供暖制冷进行改造后,相比改造前节能25.16%。最后对建筑进行综合节能改造,能耗模拟结果表明,总节能效果提高54.91%,表明节能改造方案非常有效。 This paper takes Hongyuan Teaching Building in Weishui Campus of Chang'an University as the research object.Firstly,Revit is used to complete the 3D modeling of the teaching building,and DesignBuilder is used to simulate the energy consumption of the existing building.The simulation results are used as the comparison data of energy-saving renovation schemes.Then,the energy-saving renovation plans are proposed from the aspects of building envelope,lighting system,heating and refrigeration.The simulation results show that the energy saving is 28.70% after the envelope structure reconstruction.After the transformation of the lighting system,the energy saving is 10.02%;After the renovation of heating and refrigeration,the energy saving is 25.16%.Finally,the comprehensive energy-saving reconstruction of the building is carried out,and the energy consumption simulation of the energy saving scheme after the reconstruction is carried out.The results show that the total energy saving effect is improved by 54.91%,indicating the new energy saving reconstruction scheme is very effective.
