摘要
在新工科建设背景下,对传统专业进行转型升级以及对现有专业进行交叉融合是学院学科建设的主要工作之一,教师教学能力评估与提升则是新形势下学科建设的应有之义。在此背景下,学院级教师教学发展分中心拟通过跟踪研究、技能培训、实践实训、总结提升等步骤,探索具有工科特色的“五体系”教师教学培养模式,努力实现全员全阶段专项培训,重视教师教学素养与能力的提升,塑造教学名师、凝练教学成果,打造教师重教、学生爱学的良好教学氛围。
Under the background of new engineering construction, the transformation and upgrading of traditional majors and the cross integration of existing majors are one of the main tasks of discipline construction of the college, and the evaluation and improvement of teachers’ teaching ability is necessary under the new situation. Under this background, the teachers’ teaching development sub-center at the college level plans to summarize and improve through tracking research, skill training, practical training and other steps, explore the“five systems”of teacher teaching and training mode with engineering characteristics, strive to realize the whole-stage special training for all staff, improve the teaching ability and level of teachers, cultivate famous teachers and teaching reform achievements, and create a teaching cultural atmosphere of teachers paying attention to teaching, students loving learning.
