From the theory and origin, level evaluation tools, and applications of psychological empowerment in education practice, the existing research is reviewed systematically, focusing on the psychological empowerment of college teachers. Effective empowerment by school leaders can usually create a good working environment,thereby enhancing the psychological empowerment of teachers.
