职业院校青年教师职业能力构成核心要素分析

An analysis of the Core Elements of Professional Ability for Young Teachers in Vocational Colleges

随着职业教育的深入发展和办学规模的迅速扩大,大量青年教师的职业能力培养问题关系着职业教育的质量和职业院校的未来发展。该文在对职业院校青年教师特征分析的基础上,剖析了职业院校青年教师需要具备的职业能力核心要素,论述了提高职业院校青年教师职业能力的重要性和途径,是对职业院校青年教师职业能力培养的前期探究。

With the further development of vocational education and the rapid expansion of school-running scale,the cultivation of professional ability of a large number of young teachers is related to the quality of vocational education and the future development of vocational colleges. Based on the characteristics of young teachers in vocational colleges, this paper analyzes the core elements in professional ability for young teachers in vocational colleges, discusses the importance and the way to improve the professional ability of young teachers in vocational colleges, which is a preliminary study on the training of young teachers’ professional ability in vocational colleges.
