摘要
在推动两级管理体制改革的过程中,如何提升二级学院办公室工作效率已成为二级学院行政管理工作的重要研究课题。该文在阐述二级学院行政标准化建设必要性的基础上,对当前二级学院行政管理模式现状进行分析,提出将标准化、流程化概念引入二级学院行政管理工作,最后从提升二级学院行政效率,为二级学院师生提供便捷的服务以及改善人事变动对行政管理工作的影响等层面揭示了促进高校二级学院行政标准化和流程化建设的积极意义。
In the process of promoting the reform of the two-level management system, how to improve the work efficiency of the office of secondary colleges has become an important research topic for administrative management of secondary colleges. Based on the necessity of the administrative standardization of secondary colleges,this paper analyzes the current status of the administrative management model of secondary colleges, proposes to introduce the concept of standardization and process automation into the administrative management of secondary colleges, and finally, from the aspects of improving the administrative efficiency of secondary colleges, providing convenient services for teachers and students of secondary colleges, and the influence of improving personnel changes on administration, it reveals the positive significance of promoting the administrative standardization and process automation of secondary colleges in universities.
