摘要
专业学位研究生教育承担着为国家培养高层应用型人才的重要使命。产学研联合培养作为专业学位研究生教育的主要途径,有效推动了专业学位研究生的教育改革与发展。近年来,随着社会对专业学位人才需求的增加,专业学位研究生的招生规模不断扩大,面对新时代、新要求,研究生产学研联合培养在长期实践中出现诸多新问题。为全面贯彻落实全国教育大会和全国研究生教育会议的精神,该文以新疆农业大学土木水利专业学位为例,对研究生产学研联合培养过程中存在的问题进行总结分析,提出新时代背景下产学研联合培养研究生的有效对策和建议,这对提升该校研究生培养质量及加快推进新时代专业学位研究生教育高质量发展具有重要意义。
Professional degree postgraduate education undertakes the important mission of cultivating high-level applied talents for the country. As the main way of professional degree postgraduate education, the industryuniversity-research joint training has effectively promoted the educational reform and development of professional degree postgraduates. In recent years, with the increase of the social demand for professional degree talents, the enrollment scale of professional degree postgraduates has been expanding. Facing the new requirements of the new era, many new problems have appeared in the long-term practice of the joint training of postgraduates. In order to fully implement the spirit of the National Education Conference and the National Postgraduate Education Conference, this paper summarizes and analyzes the problems existing in the process of the joint training of postgraduates by taking the civil engineering degree of the university the writers work for as an example, and puts forward effective countermeasures and suggestions for the joint training of postgraduates under the background of the new era. It is of great significance to improve the quality of postgraduate education in the university and accelerate the high-quality development of professional degree postgraduate education in the new era.
