新时代高校劳动教育与学生社区管理的深度融合

Deep Integration of Labor Education and Student Community Management in Colleges and Universities in the New Era

2018年,全国教育大会明确提出“培养德智体美劳全面发展的社会主义建设者和接班人”,重新把劳动教育放到了重要地位。对于高校而言,做好劳动教育“最后一公里”关键在学生社区,以宿舍为单位的学生社区作为大学生学习、生活、交流的重要场所,目前已成为大学生素质拓展和开展劳动教育的全新空间。该文从劳动教育的内涵及意义着手,寻找学生社区劳动教育存在的问题,提出“三下功夫”的实践路径,旨在提升学生社区劳动教育成效。

In 2018, the National Education Conference clearly put forward“cultivating socialist builders and successors having all-round moral, intellectual, physical, and aesthetical grounding with a hard-working spirit”, and placed labor education in an important position again. For colleges and universities, the“last mile”of labor education is in student communities. At present, the student community based on dormitories, as an important place for college students to study, live and communicate, has become a new space for the quality development and labor education of college students. Starting with the connotation and significance of labor education, this paper looks for the problems of labor education in student communities, and proposes the practice path of“three efforts”, aiming to improve the effectiveness of labor education in student communities.
