摘要
汉语教学能力是评价一个对外汉语教师能否胜任汉语教学任务的主要条件之一,不仅是指教师的汉语课堂授课能力,还要求对外汉语教师在教学过程中持续激发汉语学习者学习汉语的热情,并与汉语学习者建立和谐积极的师生关系。因此,关于对外汉语教师教学能力的研究具有重要的理论及实践意义。该文通过研究对外汉语教师队伍的现状,针对现阶段对外汉语教师教学能力上仍然存在的一些问题,探讨对外汉语教师教学能力培养的策略。
Chinese teaching ability is one of the main conditions for evaluating whether a teacher teaching Chinese as a foreign language can be qualified for Chinese teaching tasks. It not only refers to the ability of Chinese classroom teaching, but also requires the teacher to continuously stimulate Chinese learners’ enthusiasm for Chinese learning and establish a harmonious and active teacher-student relationship with them in the teaching process. Therefore, research on the teaching ability of teachers teaching Chinese as a foreign language is of important theoretical and practical significance. Based on the status quo of teachers teaching Chinese as a foreign language,this paper analyzes the problems in their teaching ability at present, and discusses strategies for the training of their teaching ability.
