试论音乐专业大学生综合素质的培养途径

On Ways of Cultivating the Comprehensive Quality of Music Majors

新时代的教育方针更加重视大学生综合素质的全面发展,音乐专业学生尤其要着力提高专业水平、综合素养和个人能力。该文从五个方面论述培养音乐专业大学生综合素质的途径:加强教师队伍建设;完善培养大学生综合素质的课程架构;改进大学音乐教育专业的教学模式;夯实音乐实践活动,营造校园音乐艺术文化氛围;全面培养音乐专业大学生的综合素质。

The education policy in the new era pays more attention to the comprehensive development of the comprehensive quality of college students. Music majors should especially focus on improving their professional level,comprehensive quality and personal ability. This paper discusses ways to cultivate the comprehensive quality of music majors from the five aspects: strengthening the construction of teaching staff, improving the curriculum structure cultivating the comprehensive quality of college students, improving the teaching mode of the music education major in colleges and universities, consolidating music practice activities, and creating a cultural atmosphere for the music art on campus. It is hoped to cultivate the comprehensive quality of music majors.
