健康中国战略背景下预防医学专业人才的培养研究——以安徽医科大学为例

Suggestions of Preventive Medicine Talents Training in the Background of Healthy China:Taking Anhui Medical University as an Example

健康中国战略的提出与推进,对预防医学专业人才的培养提出了更高的要求。文章立足于安徽医科大学预防医学专业人才培养的现状,深入分析安徽医科大学预防医学专业人才培养存在的问题,参考国内高校的相关改革经验,探索建设具有该校特色的预防医学专业人才培养新举措,并提出加强课程思政建设、加强专业课程体系建设、创新实验教学、实施本科生导师制等多条建议。

“Healthy China”has become a national strategy, which puts forward higher requirements for the preventive medicine professionals training. Based on the present situation of the preventive medicine professionals training in Anhui Medical University, this study deeply studied and analyzed the problems existing in the preventive medicine professionals training, and makes reference to the relevant reform experience of domestic universities to explore new measures to build a talent training model for preventive medicine professionals with the characteristics of Anhui Medical University. It also puts forward many suggestions, such as paying attention to ideological and political education, optimizing the construction of professional curriculum system, improving experimental teaching model, popularizing undergraduate tutorial teaching model and so on.
