摘要
针对国内LNG接收站用深冷球阀出现的内、外漏现象,设计了一种用于深冷工况的上装式固定斜面球阀,介绍了各组成部件的结构特点。以规格为DN100-PN20的阀门为例,利用三维建模和有限元分析软件,对阀体进行了应力应变分析,择优选取阀体壁厚值,为后续深冷球阀的设计提供参考经验。
Aiming at the internal and external leakage phenomenon of cryogenic ball valve used in domestic LNG receiving station,a fixed bevel ball valve used in cryogenic working condition was designed,and the structural characteristics of each component were introduced.Taking DN100-PN20 valve as an example,3D modeling and finite element analysis software were used to analyze the stress and strain of valve body,and the valve body wall thickness was selected to provide reference experience for the subsequent design of cryogenic ball valve.
