摘要
阀门研制过程中由于某些试验参数较高,试验室条件无法满足试验要求,需要使用缩小模型阀门进行验证试验。本文首次利用流动相似原理对缩小模型阀门进行尺寸设计,确定了试验参数及试验方法,探讨了流动相似原理在轴流式止回阀反向流验证试验中的应用。
A scaled model valve was used to conduct verification test for some test parameters of the developed valve were high and exceeded the capacity of the test facility.The Flow Similarity Principle was firstly used to design the demensions and decide the test parameters and test method of the scaled model valve,and the application of Flow Similarity Principle in valve verification test was also discussed in this paper.
