突发公共卫生事件信息协同研究现状与展望

Current Status and Prospects of Collaborative Research on Information on Public Health Emergencies

[目的/意义]立足于情报学,从整体的角度梳理突发公共卫生事件信息协同领域主题发展态势和研究内容,并对此领域的未来发展作出展望,为应急管理相关问题的解决提供科学有效的指导和参考。[方法/过程]梳理国内外已有文献,应用VOSviewer和CiteSpace可视化工具针对热点关键词、主题演化路径等方面进行定量研究,并对突发公共卫生事件信息协同的参与主体、协同要素、协同机制和协同模式4个方面进行详细述评。[结果/结论]当前研究领域有较大发展空间,未来应结合前沿技术优化信息协同机制和创新信息协同模式,以总体国家安全观为导向,应用情报智慧解决实际问题。

[Purpose/Significance]Based on information science,combing the theme development trend and research content of the field of public health emergency information coordination from a holistic perspective,and looking forward to the future development of this field,providing scientific and effective solutions for emergency management related issues Guidance and reference;[Methods/Process]Combining the existing literature at home and abroad,the paper applied VOSviewer and CiteSpace visualization tools to conduct quantitative research on hot keywords,theme evolution paths,etc.,and analyzed the participants,synergy elements,and synergy mechanisms of information coordination of public health emergencies,and the four aspects of the collaborative model were reviewed in detail;[Results/Conclusions]There is a lot of room for development in the current research field.In the future,cutting-edge technologies should be combined to optimize the information coordination mechanism and innovate the information coordination model.Guided by the overall national security concept,intelligence woule be applied to solve practical problems.
