Shaoguan Agricultural and Commercial Bank seizes the opportunity of transformation,innovates and puts forward the“one core,three adheres to”management leading thought,and forms new characteristics in four aspects of work tone,enterprise spirit,work standard and work principle.On this basis,this paper explores the new path of“Party building+”mode leading the business development of Shaoguan Agricultural and Commercial Bank from four aspects:service economy,risk prevention and control,business integration and rural revitalization.
