血液灌流治疗急性毒蕈中毒患者的效果分析

Analysis of therapeutic effect of hemoperfusion on patients with acute toadstool poisoning

目的观察血液灌流对急性毒蕈中毒后炎症因子的影响,研究血液灌流在治疗急性毒蕈中毒患者中的效果。方法回顾性分析收治的急性毒蕈中毒患者60例临床资料,按治疗方法的不同分为2组。对照组24例行常规治疗,观察组36例在常规治疗基础上行血液灌流治疗,比较2组患者治疗前及治疗后24、48、72 h炎症因子(hs-CRP、TNF-a)的变化,并比较2组患者住院时间。结果2组患者治疗前及治疗后24 h的炎症因子(hs-CRP、TNF-a)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后48、72 h,炎症因子(hs-CRP、TNF-a)比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组相比,观察组患者住院时间较短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血液灌流能明显抑制急性毒蕈中毒后炎症因子的表达,缩短住院时间,应用血液灌流治疗毒蕈中毒患者效果明显。

Objective To observe the effect of hemoperfusion(HP)on inflammatory factors after acute toadstool poisoning and to explore the effect of HP in patients with acute toadstool poisoning.Methods The clinical data of 60 patients with acute toadstool poisoning were analyzed retrospectively.According to the different treatment methods,they were divided into two groups.The control group was treated with routine therapy,the observation group was treated with hemoperfusion on the basis of routine therapy.The changes of inflammatory factors(hs-CRP,TNF-a)were compared between the two groups at the time of admission and after 24h,48h and 72h of treatment,and the length of the hospitalization time of the two groups were compared.Results There was no significant difference in the inflammatory factors(hs-CRP and TNF-a)between the two groups at the time of admission and 24h after treatment(P>0.05),but there was significant difference in the inflammatory factors(hs-CRP and TNF-a)between the two groups after 48h and 72h of treatment(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the hospitalization time was shorter in the observation group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Hemoperfusion can significantly inhibit the expression of inflammatory factors in patients with acute toadstool poisoning and shorten the length of hospitalization time.The use of hemoperfusion in the treatment of patients with acute toadstool poisoning was effective.
