摘要
扫描电子显微镜(简称SEM)具有应用范围广、样品制备简单、图像景深大等优点,在材料分析中起到越来越重要的作用。文章介绍了扫描电子显微镜的工作原理、特点及在造纸领域中的应用,通过电子显微镜可以了解纸张内部纤维及填料等分布、结合情况,从而达到解决纸张掉毛掉粉等实际问题。
Scanning electron microscope(SEM)has the advantages of wide application range,simple sample preparation,large image depth of field and so on.It plays a more and more important role in the related fields of materials.This paper introduces the working principle,characteristics and application of scanning electron microscope in the field of papermaking.At the same time,the distribution and combination of fibers and fillers in the paper can be understood through the electron microscope,so as to solve the practical problems such as paper wool and powder loss.
