AI(Artifi cial Intelligence)supported precision employment service system for college graduates should be a man-machine collaborative system.In terms of software system,AI technology is based on semantic analysis,accurate recognition and data mining to analyze students’professional ability model and professional interest points,depict students’professional orientation and professional ability portrait,and match by using the relationship chain through the shuffl ing algorithm of recruitment information fl ow.On the human side:according to the accurate matching of employment information,we can achieve accurate employment assistance;accurate docking of employment services can achieve two-way push of information between students and units;big data analysis can ensure real-time dynamic scheduling of employment supply and demand information.
